Thank you for shopping with Imperial King & Co. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Not show signs of damage, misuse, or modification

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Customers must contact us first to request a Return Authorization.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

This allows us to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

Imperial King & Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping insurance is recommended at checkout.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Imperial King & Co. reserves the right to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks and provide evidence of delivery and order fulfillment to the payment processor.

To maintain fair business practices and protect both customers and our store, the following additional conditions apply to all purchases made through Imperial King & Co.

Watch Condition Verification

All watches are carefully inspected, documented, and photographed before shipment to verify their condition and authenticity.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the returned product does not match the original item shipped, shows signs of use, or has been altered or replaced, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Product Switching or Fraud

Imperial King & Co. maintains records of product serial numbers, model numbers, packaging, and order details.

Any attempt to return a different product, altered product, or used product will be considered fraudulent activity and may result in:

  • Refusal of refund

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Reporting the case to the payment processor

Water Resistance Disclaimer

Many watches sold by Imperial King & Co. include a water resistance rating (for example 3ATM, 5ATM, etc.).

Water resistance ratings are manufacturer guidelines and do not guarantee waterproof protection under all conditions.

Damage caused by:

  • Water exposure

  • Swimming or showering

  • Steam or humidity

  • Improper use

is not covered by our return or refund policy.

Customers are responsible for using the watch according to the manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.

Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic marks, or damage caused after delivery are not considered defects and will not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Abuse of Return Policy

Imperial King & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds from customers who abuse the return system or show patterns of excessive returns.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Imperial King & Co., the customer acknowledges and agrees to all store policies, including shipping, returns, and refund conditions.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase with Imperial King & Co., the customer acknowledges and agrees to all store policies, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms of Service.

Customers agree to contact Imperial King & Co. directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Imperial King & Co. reserves the right to submit the following evidence to the payment processor:

  • Order confirmation records

  • Customer billing and shipping information

  • IP address and fraud verification data

  • Shipping carrier tracking number

  • Delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier

  • Copies of store policies accepted at checkout

Orders that show confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully fulfilled.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving the product may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor

  • Collection efforts for recovered losses

Imperial King & Co. reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be fraudulent or abusive.
